Tie-back Anchors & Soil Nails

Using helical piers and micro-pile ground anchors, tension loads applied from the soil can be transferred from the existing foundation to the anchor, relieving the stress on the foundation. If realignment of the foundation is necessary, excavation of the back-filled soil will allow for a maximum practical recovery.

Fortress Carbon Fiber System

Bowing basement walls and/or cracked basement walls can be stabilized using the Fortress. A 4-inch wide carbon fiber plate with structural epoxy is applied to foundations to counter-act further exterior pressures on the wall, transferring tensile force of the load off of the wall to the carbon fiber plate. Epoxy injection and non-shrink grout may be required along with the Fortress.
